Keys can be functionally duplicated with a modeling clay mold and some 5 minute epoxy.

This clamshell mold is 3D printed, hinged with filament, and filled flat on each side with modeling clay.

With a dusting of Talc a key can be pressed into the mold and easily released.

Each side of the mold is overfilled with epoxy and then the assembly is taped shut.

After hardening, the key requires some cleanup of flashing with a scalpel and removal of clay. This can be avoided with the use of a release agent like Vaseline on the mold surface.

Hardly durable, but functional. Steel strips or fiberglass can be added for rigidity.
